Work principle:

1) Two H-shaped steels are placed at  45-degree boat-shaped welding position on the workpiece holder which inside the guide rail ;

2) The gantry walks on the guide track at the adjusted welding speed;

3) Two sets of submerged arc welding are used to weld two weld seams simultaneously;

4) The arc guide frame is used to automatically track the weld seam;

5) Adopt automatic flux delivery and recovery system.
